What is The Nourish + Flourish Box?

The Nourish + Flourish Box is a premium monthly health and wellness subscription box, founded by registered nutritionist Donna Peters, to help busy, health-conscious women prioritise themselves. We deliver a beautiful box of between 4 - 6 carefully curated items, mainly from British makers. All of the products have been thoughtfully chosen to support women's health and well-being. We offer a subscription or one-time purchase. We also provide a gifting service, where you can choose either option - subscription or one-off box.

What’s in the box?

There are between 4 - 6 items, chosen specifically to support women's health and well-being. They will include a selection of self-care health/beauty items, health/self-development books, beautiful stationery including planners/journals, nutritional supplements and healthy drinks/snacks.

When will my box arrive?

Our subscription boxes are monthly and posted between 10 th - 12 th of every month via Royal Mail. When you checkout your first box will be charged immediately, then monthly thereafter. You can subscribe to this month's box right up until the shipment date. One-off boxes are dispatched within 24 working hours. You'll get an email when it's on its way.

How much does a subscription cost?

The subscription cost is £45 per month, with free Royal Mail delivery. There is a minimum subscription period of 3 months. Our one-off boxes vary in price and delivery is £4.95. Our boxes are currently only available for shipping within the UK.

Can I buy a box as a gift?

Yes of course! Go to our 'Gift a Box' page and choose from one of the boxes available. You can include a message for the recipient at the checkout. If you have any special requests please email us at donna@thenourishandflourishbox.com. We will dispatch within 24 working hours using Royal Mail 48-hour tracked service.
